Dear Sir/MadamI am interested in applying for the Creatvie Graduates (Project Analysts) role that you have advertised on Creativepool. This role would suit me as I have recently completed my degree in Photography and Digital Imaging, gaining a 2:1 grade. I also possess strong administration skills, I integrate well into teams and I am reliable and professional.I have several years of administration and customer service experience, from various industry sectors and whilst my current role is in a primarily administrative capacity, on top of the administrative elements I also have the responsibility of planning and running workshops to teach school children photography and photoshop skills - a challenge which requires me to use my organisational skills and to communicate clearly to a diverse audience. I have great communication skills that have developed through my work as a Customer Service Administrator at Nationwide, which involved, as my current role involves, liaising internally and externally. I had to negotiate with clients, brokers and solicitors to help ensure that each partyâ€(TM)s requirements were satisfied to allow completion. I am equally good at communicating verbally and non-verbally as all my roles have involved communicating in person, on the telephone, email and post thus enhancing my confidence. Through my personality I have also developed great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse clientele group at Nationwide and building up rapport with students and staff at TVU, this has involved me dealing with enquiries from heads of departments to reception. On a personal level I have a passion for the visual arts as my degree in Photography and Digital Imaging demonstrates.
