About me

I am nearing the end of my degree in contemporary textiles and I wish to continue in the field of fashion and textile accessories. For my final year I have been redesigning garments for fashion design from recycled and reconstructed materials, with embroidery stitched details. I have been working with the textiles processes which include free machine embroidery and CADCAM stitching and design, as well as reconstructing garments and samples. I have also had holiday jobs and the retail experience I have gained so far will be a bridge towards progressing into a position as fashion textiles design relaited work.

I have college obligations in Norwich until the end of June and then exhibition commitments throughout July however if it would be beneficial to my training I would be available to work on a Saturday or Sunday all of the time or around the dates for exhibition. Or have a placement or work shadowing day to gain experience.
