About me

In my career as a Graphic Designer I have had the great fortune to work on some incredibly exciting design projects with some renowned brands. Most recently, I worked at Mattel as a Designer, predominately designing marketing material for Barbie and other girl brands. My previous roles include Designer for Motor Sport Magazine, Editorial Designer for Redan Publishing and Graphic Designer for design agency Red Creative.

I use Adobe Creative suite daily, with an advanced level of competency in Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. As a designer my creativity, typographic, picture usage and colour detailing abilities have enabled me to create fresh and inspiring designs.

Organisation is one of my key attributes, enabling me to work to tight deadlines across multiple projects. I was the editor of Sparkle World magazine USA, where I was responsible for the compilation, design and proofing of the American issue from pagination to final print. I was heavily involved with the creative outline of the photoshoot for the Liverpool FC 2010 catalogue, developing set ideas and themes and also directing and assisting on the shoot. At Motor Sport, I designed the exhibition stand for our space at AutoSport International, along with online banners and advertisements. In my time at Mattel, I have designed the Argos catalogue spreads, advertising pages for magazines as well as retail space in foreign stores.

I am positive a personal interview would fully illustrate my abilities and the contribution I can make through this position.
