JD & Co. was formed in 2011 and was set up to solve People and Talent challenges. We offer advice & consultancy services to CEOs, Founders and Investors and we create bespoke recruitment plans and strategies to support delivery on a wide variety of urgent recruitment needs.

JD & Co. works predominantly in the UK and Europe but also advises clients across the US and Asia and loves the challenge of securing hard to find talent for its clients. JD & Co. imbed themselves within organisations to understand the mechanics of the business and become true brand ambassadors.
