Dear Hiring Manager,

I came across your advertisement for a UI/UX Designer posted by Becky Penning, and would like to submit my resume and application for the advertised post. After perusing your requirements I feel that my qualifications and experience perfectly match them and a certain degree. I am a graduate student at Ravensbourne University. I studied Product Design with Interaction Design. Being exposed to Interaction Design it has founded me a great passion for Graphic Design. Both practices give me a cohesive set of skills that work well together and with two design practices, Product Design and Graphic Design I am a "hybrid designer". I can bring you necessary skills as a graphic designer and with a mixture from my Product design knowledge I can bring forward a set of skill that can be relevant to design processes.

With my experience in both design practices, I am adept in concept design, project management, problem solving, user centered design, design sketching, rapid prototyping. Moreover with these well-rounded skill sets, I excel proficiently at:

- Adobe Creative Suite that includes Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects

- UX/UI, Using process from user experience I am passionate about designing mobile app concepts, web concepts and other user

interface designs.

- Designing different types of illustrations and layouts based on brand guidelines.

- Product visuals.

- Time management.

I am comfortable with Mac OSX as well as Windows. In addition, I have in-depth knowledge about almost all top designing software, including the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Adobe Illustrator as mentioned. Good communication and listening skills are paramount for a graphic designer, and I excel in both verbal and written communication. I am a team player to the core, but am also at complete ease when working alone. I have attached a copy of my resume for reference.
