I have practical experience in problem solving, budget management, health and safety awareness, developing new policies within an organisation and managing staff relations. I am a highly enthusiastic, motivated hard working person who is reliable, responsible and tolerant. My personality allows me to work under pressure, be flexible and adaptable into any working environment whilst remaining focused, composed and constructive. I have developed a high standard in communication and collaboration in all aspects of hierarchy within an organisation. I am able to manage and participate within a team to achieve maximum drive as well as work independently.
