My name is Jason (I always end up shortening to Jase when I first introduce myself), I'm ready, willing and able to bring my digital media experience, enthusiasm and untapped potential to creative, editorial and commercial sectors either as an employee or freelancer.

My background for over 10 years covers optimising department functions, leading a team and project management.

Sitting at the intersection of customer service and account management, I'm highly motivated to make every touch point count whether it's working with external or internal clients.
I've been responsible for a (£9 million) client portfolio (30% of total agency revenue) which contributed to a successful takeover bid for this digital media agency.

My superpower is my passion and I've built a reputation as someone who does what they say. I'm a lifelong learner and follow a growth mindset which I believe is all part of my untapped potential to add value across business operations and projects.
