About me

Jason is an award winning creative thinker, strategist and behavioural impact specialist with 25+ years of experience shaping how organisations and brands connect, influence and create meaningful change through creativity and storytelling. He is the Director of Daring Waters, pushing the boundaries of strategy, impact and positive influence for social good.
He co-founded creativeXpeople at Synergy Group, growing it from 4 to over 50 people and establishing it as a B&T Top 5 State Agency, and in national creative agencies. His work spans positioning Defence as the number one employer of choice for Graduates, to crafting Australia's message of unity to Ukraine, reducing occupational violence for First Responders, and working with brands from the Australian Army to McDonald's, Uber, Red Energy, Eveready Batteries and Cricket Australia.

Jason serves on the external advisory board for the Centre for a Better Canberra, the inaugural steering committee of the Microforest Collective and chairs the Chief Minister's Brand Strategic Advisory Board, helping shape the nation's capital's identity and brand. In addition, he is an international jury member for creative, impact and social good awards in New York and London.
