Hi,
I am someone who loves to effectively reach goals and always communicate an interplay of ideas, strategizes and their execution. Growth, Expansion and Rebranding Plans are something I excel at. I demonstrate imaginative insight and can increase the teams collective energy and productivity. I challenge conventional practices, Initiate conceptual ideas with practical applications for business growth and development for both online and offline retail.
Currently, I am part of the SOLM8 Shoes Brand team where we have 20+ years of experience designing footwear. In the past we have been the biggest Cricket Shoe OEM manufacturer too in the world by volume. We had taken this design and manufacturing experience to our first brand launch Jazba. Unfortunately it had to be shut down due to a business fraud. But SOLM8 Cricket Shoes currently is the first cricket shoe brand from USA and a best seller at that, expanding fast into other countries.
It may seem to you how can one person, team or Company can have diverse expertise such as social media strategy or product design or website design but ask any small to mid side entrepreneur and they would have learnt all this over the years of work experience. I and my husband BSK, since we are designer entrepreneurs have learnt but also refined and added our creativity to all these processes and mastered the art of branding.
Over the years we identified multiple niches and established disruptive strategy for mainstream or niche specialist brands. We feel the way forward is only either to be consumed by a big corporate shark with lots of infrastructure and deep funding or be a disruptor and carve your specialist niche.
We as entrepreneurs for our SOLM8 brand want to realize our dreams through a great strategy based approach that encompasses product ideation till launch and further.
