About me

During further education I explored all disciplines of design with Product and Furniture design becoming an evident driving force whilst aiming to create fresh new ideas made to the highest standards. While obtaining my BA Honours in Furniture design I gained experience in all other areas of design producing full working drawings, prototype samples and brochures for products using skills in AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

After immediately obtaining my degree I exhibited work at such shows as New Designers at the Business Design Centre in London and the Furniture West Midlands Show at Bescott Stadium. I have recently managed a project with furniture suppliers & interior specifiers Sagal Group, producing a suite of laminate seats. The project involved working closely with the executive director of Sagal, Gerry Logue to develop the seats into products that would be selected for the NEC Furniture Show and that could be taken to the market as finished items.

This was successfully achieved after some months of design and development. The products were selected for the FWM stand situated in the 'Collection' Hall at the NEC Furniture Show.

I believe my experiences have proven me to be confidant, a professional and a designer who can successfully and effectively combine ideas with clients to develop solutions manufactured to the highest standards.
