About me
Currently, I am working at Photobox, as international customer support executive (Portugal and Spain) and I am responsible as well for the FAQ content management on the Portuguese website. Is part of my duty, identify issues that compromise the user experience and interface (FAQ's, newsletters, webpage information and layouts). I am responding and supporting our social media channels in both Portugal and Spain markets and resolving/replying to our Net Promoter Score surveys.
The main reason for my interest in a new position is my constant desire to discover new challenges and collaborate with new projects. My current role make me aware of the joy of a business and the the excitement of running towards targets. London is a city with plenty opportunities and a I am a person with willing to embrace them.
