As ED of Marketing & Talent I oversee recruitment for the London team, across PR, social and digital, consumer, technology and corporate and work with the leadership team to ensure our worldclass talent is developed and inspired, enjoying long and happy careers with us.
As an employer of choice (named Agency of the Year and Best Place to Work multiple times) I am also proud of the many progressive talent programmes that Golin has launched and of our continuing campaigning work to make our industry more inclusive and fairer. Programmes of note include our award-winning Bright Young Things paid internship, our mentoring partnership with The Taylor Bennett Foundation and the Back2Businessship programme (in partnership with F1 and Starcom Media Group) to help high-flying Mums back to work after an extended career break.
