About me

I am a graduate in Communication Design with over three years commercial experience as a Graphic Designer/Marketing Co-ordinator for Northbrook College, and as a freelance designer.

With a love of design, a keen eye for detail and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other key software, I have designed and produced a wide range of high quality marketing material for print and web, from initial concept through to delivery. I have excellent communication skills from my experience liaising with staff at all levels to ensure briefs were carried out to the highest standards and to tight deadlines. My work also required regular contact with external printers, which has given me a good understanding of printing processes. I have a broad skill set including photography and video/flash experience and have utilised these regularly in my work.

In addition to my work for Northbrook College I have also undertaken a number of freelance projects, predominantly branding design and promotional print for small businesses and start-ups. This has been exciting and challenging, really allowing me to express my creativity whilst working closely with the clients to ensure we achieved their visions.

I am looking for a Graphic Designer/Artworker position that will give me the chance to express my creativity and expand my skills. In return you would get a hardworking and enthusiastic team player with a real passion for creating distinctive and commercially effective design.
