About me

I see one of my major strengths being my adaptability. I love interesting typography and structured layouts. I always strive to produce carefully considered design work and can adapt to any task I am given. I have a friendly personality, I am inquisitive, hardworking, very eager to learn and passionate about design.

I have recently finished a Foundation degree at Sheffield College, were I achieved Merit level (2:1). This course is a further development from my BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design that I studied at Chesterfield College and relates strongly to industrial needs. Both of the courses have given me a very good knowledge and understanding of the design industry.

I feel that throughout my College courses, I have become increasingly good at researching, this helps me come up with quality design concepts, I endeavor to be as creative as possible.

I am very organised, and think that I do posses a problem-solving nature and a ‘can-do' attitude, this helps me to get to know exactly what the briefs have been set for me, understand how they work and the markets they're talking to.

I can then develop a strategy that gets the right response.

During my four years of study I have become proficient in Adobe Photoshop, In design, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. I always strive to improve these skills and have enrolled onto a further development course for web design that starts in September.
