About me
I consider myself a hard worker, always striving to achieve the best result possible, which i think shows in my choice of part time jobs, working in some of the busiest and best bars in Teesside. I can happily work individually but I also appreciate and relish the benefits teamwork can bring to a project. Whilst I enjoy all aspects of Graphic Design, typography is what interests me more than anything else and I consider it to be one of my strong points. I am influenced by many designers and design companies, including Jean Francios Porchez for his attention to detail within tyep design and the Neasden Control Centre for their lively and almost unruly illustrations and animations.
Aside from Graphics, I love sport and try to play as much as I can. I trained as an athlete for 5 years, alongside playing football and school work. Winning numerous awards and competitions as well as recieving good grades shows my dedication and ability to competently tackle serveral tasks simultaniously. I attend a gym as often as possible and count going out, socialising and seeing my friends and family as a very important aspect of my life and aim to make time to do this at least once a week.
I am a competent user of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Freehand, Dreamweaver and Director, as well as most standard office applications.
