About me

I've worked with both brand and digital companies, from creative start-ups to famous global brand agencies. This mix of brand and digital experience has shaped my perspective on brands, design and creativity. Today, my role as Executive Creative Director in New York and London is to help our client's brands succeed, build ambitious, future-facing agency strategies and mentor creatives.

I'm curious about how brands are impacted by the dynamic change that digital, technology and social issues bring to our lives. The change we have experienced over the last decade has created a new era for brands, one that is ferociously competitive. And to succeed, I believe brands need audacious and ambitious Unordinary Ideas, they need to be iconic and provide an Immersive Experience and use Sustainable Thinking to do what's best for people and planet.

Clients throughout my career have included world famous brands F1, Martin Guitar, Boots, Lego, Tesco, Lonza, Post Office, Aldo, Amex and Nationwide (US), Lloyds Bank, Scottish Widows, Bank of Scotland, Odeon, British Gas and Royal Mail. The teams I have led have won over 50 awards across global organizations like Transform, The Drum, Graphis, FAB, and Muse.

I'm also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of Creative Leaders and for over ten years I've taken part in the DBA TwentyTwenty mentoring scheme, helping over ten creative mentees grow and achieve their goals. I've also engaged in Ogilvy's mentoring schemes, providing guidance to individuals across international offices. I'm also eager to deepen partnerships with universities and industry organisations to support the next generation of creativity and diverse talent.
