About me
Hi,
I'm James and I studied graphic design at Shillington College and also have a bachelors degree from the University of Leeds.
Design has been a passion of mine since the age of 7 when I visited Barcelona and witnessed the works of Antoni Gaudi. I instantly connected with his attention to detail and ability to combine geometric shaped with nature. Today I still get a lot of inspiration form Barcelona from the like of Hey Studio and Lo Ciento, but my number one inspiration has to be the ever passionate and always eccentric, Aaron Draplin.
I am proficient in the Adobe creative suite and have a full understanding of the design principles. I love working in print and exploring the different stock and embellishment options to truly bring a project to life. I equally love working in digital. I find it a very clean and crisp way of designing and have a lot of fun experimenting with the user journey.
I have a wealth of experience in sales and marketing and have also ran my own company.
