About me
James Blake has travelled around England, Central & Eastern Europe, The Balkans, The Mediterranean, The Middle East, North Africa, North & Central America and New Zealand in pursuit of his love of photography. Previous to photography James studied documentary film making at the BFI, London, film directing at the Brighton Film School, Public Media, Communications & Cultural Studies at Trinity & All Saints College, Leeds University and Fine Art Sculpture at the West Wales School of Art. James spent his childhood in Malta and Dubai, with visits to South East Asia, Europe and Scandinavia.
James is also the founder of the British Photography Archive and is a member of WPO & Lightstalkers. James' work has featured in the Kent On Sunday (UK), The Kent Messenger (UK), The Courier (UK) and The Photographer's Mail (New Zealand), been mentioned in De Duinstreek (Holland).
