About me

From pure creativity to technical know-how, I offer professional competence in the field of art and design. I possess advanced skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, and InDesign. I also have a solid working knowledge of Dreamweaver, After Effects, and other current design programs. I have earned both a B.A. and M.A. in the field of graphic communication.

While pursuing my undergraduate degree, I was able to gain the necessary technical skills and broaden my creative thinking. At the graduate level, I enjoyed creative freedom while also learning more about the design industry. This included investigating aspects such as printing procedures, design management methods, and history of design. I also became used to working within guidelines of set projects and briefs.

The work experience I have gained both during and since my formal education has also given me the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues, approach a project creatively and efficiently, and work within tight deadlines and budgets. I have recently completed a year of work abroad as I was a designer for an award-winning international software house in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The combination of these experiences and training has prepared me for even the most demanding of positions in art and design.
