About me

Hi all, I am currently a Production Designer / senior technician working in corporate events. My background originally was technical, having studied Music Technology at University and following this up with freelance and full time roles as a sound engineer and AV techician.

However, I now predominently use my varied experience to support my design work. An in depth technical knowledge is very useful when creating 3D set and event visuals. Alongside this I use motion graphics and video editing packages to create corporate videos and event 'stings'.

I have a very good understanding of the entire design and production process and following designs through from concept to successful implementation.

Skills

Software skills: Vectorworks Spotlight, After Effects, Keynote, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint creation and editing expertise, Experience in lighting (Avolites), projection and video switching (including multi-projector blends), sound engineering, stage and set design., Rigging and loading calculation, Project management., A wide range of audio software packages including ProTools, Cubase and Nuendo.
