Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to apply for the position of Junior Digital Designer.

Since completing my BA in Animation at the University for the Creative Arts, I have worked as a Freelance Animator/Graphic Designer for 360i Studios. I created an example Vine for a competition held by John Lewis. This required me to learn a new way to animate using a very minimalistic medium, creating a visually interesting animation that had a maximum length of 6 seconds. During this time it helped me gain experience working under an industry brief as well as useful feedback and advice from a professional angle. I have also gained experience volunteering on 2 student films creating credits in After Effects and storyboarding. This experience has been valuable in further improving my animation and Illustration techniques. As well as putting into practice working with a range of Adobe software, including Photo shop, Flash, After Effects and Illustrator.

I am a passionate artist, animator and designer, who believes they could be a good contribution to your company and I think I am very suitable to work for you as a "............".
