About me

I believe myself to be a motivated, creative and professionally developed retoucher and media photographer.

I have carried out numerous 'fashion' orientated commissions including Verve UK Jewellery, Clothes Show Live, NEC Events Photography, Irregular Choice Footwear and various other weddings & event commissions.

I have also worked as a studio photographer on various commissions for London based studio Alt&Ego.

Time keeping, organisation, shot composition, communication skills, forward thinking and creativity are crucial aspects of the work I have previously undertaken.

I have an in depth knowledge of theoretical and academic pathways including 2:1 with Honours BA Degree in Media & Communications - Media Photography.

I have covered numerous modules on this course and in my own professional development that I feel are transferable to the position, these include:

Photoshop CS3 advanced, Editorial Photography. Image Manipulation, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Professional Studio lighting, Web design, Image Capture for Web, Image Re-scaling & Retouching.

I always try to better myself and build on skills & competence, with sailing and life guard qualifications I believe I am a team player and genuinely care for those around me.

I consider myself to be very punctual, trustworthy and outgoing and have a genuine interest in fashion, reflected in the editorial and fashion based work I have previously undertaken.
