About James
My style of design and topics I choose to use in my work are usually very personal and unique.
I'm not scared to speak my mind & love to creatively question & solve problems. My tutors referred to my work as being style over content, working alone didn't help, working in a team helped me to develop and make my ideas alot better. Coming from where I do, I definitely think it has moulded and shaped me into what and how I design, which again is unique & different. I often like to make time to visit galleries, the Tate Modern being one that I particularly enjoy.
Football is a very big part of my life, since I can remember I've played, watched & dreamt about it.
I play semi-pro for Maidenhead Utd at the moment and as with anything it requires me to work hard to achieve my best. In my spare time I like to workout and keep fit, being a lifeguard since I was 16 allows me to use my local gym for free, which is a big bonus. A very big fan of music, I think it is important to have and is a good mind set for whatever you are doing, my taste in music ranges from Hip Hop to Funky House to Soul.
For any one that has experienced the University life-style, they can agree that it is all a dream,
as long as you get on with your work at the same time, you can understand why people never want to leave. My experience of it came at a cost; my Final Major Project was referred, which requires me to meet another deadline with "better" work.
