In 1998 James Digby-Jones joined Saddington Baynes, an award winning London based creative production studio, as a junior creative retoucher. Now 18 years on, as ECD and co-owner, James is the creative force behind the business, and this combined with his exacting standards has lead to its continued growth and enviable reputation amongst agencies and creatives world-wide.

As pioneers of digital retouching in 1991 and one of the first print post-production studios to truly harness the potential of CGI in-house, Saddington Baynes has always been ahead of the curve and continues to stretch creative and technical boundaries. Today the company offers fully integrated creative production services to some of the biggest and best brands in their sector, across industries as diverse as automotive, FMCG and pharma, creating award-winning visual content for the advertising industry in the UK, USA and across Europe.

In innovating still further to develop their Engagement Insights(R) neuromarketing service - a world first for a creative production studio and an entirely new way to measure the emotional impact of imagery - Saddington Baynes is perfectly positioned for further expansion.
