As you will see from my resume, I have held a technical managerial position at HBOS Plc (now part of Lloyds Banking Group) for 7 years. This has given me varied opportunities in new media, web and TV.

Consolidating 3 key network-facing intranet sites into one helped to successfully grow colleague usage from 4 million hits per annum to 6 million. Extending the satellite TV system across BOS sites also gave 350 branch and head office buildings private business TV communications.

Having strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team will hopefully provide the qualities to make a positive impact with you.
