About me

I built the foundations for a career in graphic design at the University of the Arts, London. Since then, I've worked alongside leading businesses in various industries for ten years, developing small boutique companies, through to global organisations. I am currently a freelance graphic designer, working under the business name of JD Designs. As a result of my dedication for design and perfectionist nature, I have been involved in numerous high profile campaigns for leading brands, including Lyle & Scott, FC Barcelona, Facebook, Merlin Entertainments and the University of Oxford. 

I have a high level of proficiency using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Lightroom on Mac and PC. I also have vast experience creating illustrations, utilising a variety of styles, predominantly using a Wacom digital tablet. In addition to this, I am quickly developing my knowledge of HTML and WordPress.

I am adept as an individual or team player, with management experience and communicating with various departments in order to progress and complete the given task.

I'm always open to new freelance challenges.
