About me

I am looking for an opportunity to become a Junior Project Manager. With 5 years commercial experience, I am now looking for the next step with my career progression to becoming a PM.

For the last 18 months, I have been heavily involved in a multi million pound project that has migrated 7 websites to Oracle ATG 2009.1 and has launched a brand new website in the US and Australia. I have been a release manager and test manager during this time and believe this experience makes me a great candidate for this position.

I am very ambitious, self-motivated and pro active. I do not have a "9 till 5" work ethic and will do all I can to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time and I believe I would be a great addition to the business.

I have a keen eye for detail and strive for perfection with any work I undertake. Working on the global side for my previous company has meant that I have had to develop excellent communication skills working with stakeholders at various levels of the business from various departments. Furthermore, with my technical background from my degree and previous web development experience, I am able to communicate between business users and development team members with confidence.

Furthermore, I have had web developer experience previously developing banners, micro-sites and landing pages which I believe would also be advantageous having a developer insight and knowing their requirements.

Finally, I have already had exposure to running small projects myself so would be able to hit the ground running.
