Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response to the advertisement on creativepool.co.uk. I would like to be considered for the position of Creative Artworker/Designer. I hope you find that my A Level experience in Design, along with my credentials, qualify me for the position within the company.

I hold an A Level in Product Design, which has allowed me to understand and utilise concepts from other products. Through my education, I have learned how to be an effective drawer, whilst improving my skills on computer based design programs, such as,Pro Desktop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop . Therefore, both aspects have improved me as a designer/artworker.

I work for Tesco doing a variety of jobs from a checkout operator to a customer advisor. Working in retail creates a fast paced and pressurising atmosphere, which is reflective within the creative industry and more importantly, your company. As a result, I believe I am a suitable candidate for the job.

The enclosed CV further illustrates my skills and education. I look forward to hearing from you to coordinate an interview time, so I can further emphasise my suitableness for the position.
