About me
I've worked in all facets of marketing and advertising - leading strategy and planning, managing accounts and mentoring department heads with little to no management experience. I've worked on campaigns big and small as well as low budget digital only marketing plans that showed huge return on investment. I've helped grow small agencies that were bought by parent companies like WPP and Wunderman. My passion is in teaching managers to inspire their teams so that agencies can keep their top tier talent and stop spending thousands on hiring and onboarding.
