About me

My most recent post as head of design at Driver Hire Nationwide consisted in creating and managing

the Brand through to the market to allow the brand to have a large status within the Driving & logistics

recruitment sector, which has been a very successful but always room for improvement

at all times.

Over the past 15 years at DH, my day to day roles was very versatile and agile alike, from creating eye

catching graphic design work online & offiline such as marketing campaigns to generate new business

and also keeping existing and lapsed, sleeping customer engaged by segmentation, researching data and

applying personalization to transform them into live clients/candidates.

Generating leads and directing traffic through all channels via website, social media, email, paid advertising,

direct mail, surveys, landing pages, creating NPS, CSAT, CES to create successful matrixs for improvement

to generate new business transformation and growth.

I am currently uping my skills by doing a UX Design course by Coders Guild.

As the position was a internal role the job role allowed me to be diverse and to create the role as a

agency role working on different parts of the whole SPS Group day-day.

I worked very closely with each departmental directors from National Accounts through to Training.

Promoting strong brand awareness and Frame working IT systems for customers/ candidate to use

with ease i.e dh Licence checking traffic light system, Driver registration tools.
