About me
With over 3 years spent in the e-learning industry, I have grown a deep and strong passion for using visual and engaging learning through creative Instructional Design.
My approach to instructional design bears its foundations in the 70:20:10 model of workplace learning. This is because it recognizes the benefits and importance of self-directed, experiential and social learning and I pride myself on delivering to the highest standards for learning content and usability.
I gained a Bachelor of Science at the University of Portsmouth in 2010 and spent the last 3 years of my career working as an Instructional/Digital Designer for an e-learning organisation in London. In that time I have gained a lot of experience working with clients and subject matter experts to probe and understand their learning requirements - and to design solutions that meet those needs. This experience has allowed to me to rise
through the ranks of the organisation where I am now a Senior Designer.
