A collaborative character - with outstanding communication skills and the ability to spot opportunities that bring business value and take the appropriate actions to make them happen, Jae brings something unique to the projects she works on. With an academic background in design thinking and innovation, Jae works to integrate creativity into her work across events, advertising and communications. She has worked to deliver design/marketing campaigns for Universal Pictures and Sky Sports in a project manager capacity, events and branded experiences for Philips and Atelier M (Dubai) and is an entrepreneur and business connector at heart. She also has expertise in motivational speaking, NLP and transformational coaching - which she applies as an Entrepreneurship coach, working with aspirational Founders.

After a successful career in corporate brand management, Jae founded the Fiena Group in 2016 and launched the Fiena Members Club in 2017, and is available for public speaking and private coaching opportunities. .
