To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you with regards to the position of Junior Artworker that you currently have advertised.

I feel I possess many qualities that enable me to stand out from other candidates and make me the perfect applicant for this role.

I have been interested in photography since studying the subject at college and have since worked on various projects from weddings to property advertisement gaining experience and learning about my own styles and techniques along the way. I have a large portfolio that not only shows my capabilities but also my positive attitude towards trying new things. Although I am already very skilled in packages such as Adobe Photoshop, I understand there is huge depth to each package which enables me to highlight my skills whilst being given the opportunity to learn from others.

My confidence and aptitude to build a rapport with people from all backgrounds allows me to communicate just as well over the phone as it does in person.

I am well organised and appreciate that preparation is required to achieve great results. I thrive in a challenging environment and am always willing to go the extra mile for others, including times when I have taken to working double shifts, working on my days off, or taking up new skills to provide cover.

My ability to learn quickly alongside my natural eye for detail also proves hugely beneficial as it enables me to be proactive and stand in for others when necessary.

I feel my references will prove that I have progressed considerably within each company I have worked for and have repeatedly proved my capabilities. Given the chance I feel I would excel hugely in this role.
