About me

I moved from Ireland to London in December 2009 to work as designer. I have a 2:1
Hons degrees in textiles specializing in prints for fashion. Since
moving here I have completed a 3 month internship with the famous
screen-printing based label Neurotica. During My time with Neurotica I
successfully designed 5 prints that will feature in their autumn/winter
2010 "thief in the night" collection. Having completed
several internships and many freelance commissions I feel I am ready
and confident to bring my skills and ideas to the workplace.
. My work has been described by
others as "Whimsical, Feminine, Soft and Light
Hearted".However i pride myself on been very diverse and been able
to perfect various styles of design and illustration. I am extremely
hard working and always trying to better my skills, for instance i am
currently taking part in 3 short evening courses: Recycle &
customise clothes, adobe illustrator advanced & design, build &
upload your website. I feel all these skills will help me continue to
progress as a designer.
