I am friendly and conscientious. I have over 20 years editorial experience, both online and print for a full range of communications. During the last several years I worked with the CDS Internet Services team, writing bespoke software user guides, including content management system guides, as well as web content. I have also developed, written and delivered training courses for writing for the web. My experience includes project management, analysis, research, user testing and using content management systems. I am experienced in making complex information easy to understand. I have a good knowledge of several software programs and advanced knowledge of some. Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
