Decode/Deconstruct/Redesign
I am a conceptually driven designer inspired projects that seem impossible. From decoding and deconstructing renaissance paintings, to looking at the patterns of serial killers. I am inspired by creating design work that not only is aesthetically beautiful but relates to the subject matter and tells a story. By making the audience feel actively involved with the concept and narrative. I want to push the audience and think I do this by being able to be sympathetic, but also knowing how to push the boundaries on certain issues. I am inspired by a wide variety
of design aesthetics and approaches, and use a various mediums within my
work. Unlike most designers, I am more inspired by more traditional and older works of art rather than current art an artists of today, which I feel gives me more of a interesting approach to my work. Therefore letting me draw upon these references and create work that is unique.
