I SUPPOSE A QUICK INTRODUCTION IS IN ORDER.
MY NAME IS IVO PIRES. I AM A FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER BASED IN LONDON. AT FIRST I INTENDED TO BE AN ARTIST. I WENT TO FINE ART COLLEGE, AND WAS CONVINCED I WOULD SPEND MY LIFE DRAWING AND PAINTING. IT WAS ONLY LATER ON THAT I DISCOVERED I COULD USE MY TALENT IN A MORE POWERFUL WAY.
Since then I've gained over 8 years of experience spanning projects involving print and web design, branding, UI and UX design, fine art, concept art,creative direction and illustration. During my career I've worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of industries across the UK, France, and Portugal. I love great design, helping young brands, working with creative people, a good story and the occasional pint of beer. I treat every project as an opportunity to learn something new, love new challenges, thrive under pressure, believe quality comes from craft, and I always give the best I can.
