Gap, Victoria Centre, Nottingham March 2009 - September 2011, As a Visual Manager my main responsibility was to ensure that the store meets with all aspects of visual merchandising. To keep up with high competition and to meet customer expectations the windows were changed every fortnight and every two days the windows and in store visuals were checked for sell though and were updated. The expectations for visual standards were very high within the business and as the stores visual person I had to make sure standards were immaculate from outside to inside of the store. My responsibilities also involved in everyday running of the store -opening and closing of the store, all aspects of managing staff and process deliveries, attending visual calls and meetings in the
