I am very interested in applying for the Project Manager role (Ref GB-PM).
I am an experienced Project Manager with a background in a Global corporate pharmaceutical environment (utilising PRINCE2 methodology). I am familiar with corporate infrastructures and working practices. My core skills consist of:
- Project management (end to end);
- Business Analysis and process modelling (interviews, workshops, JAD meetings etc.);
- Business processes improvement;
- Matrix management of Development/Test/Implementation teams;
- Resource and Budget management;
- Technical Change/Release/Test management (Waterfall environment, awareness of Agile environment);
- Planning and Scheduling individual projects and complex Security Updates on a Global Integration platform; then managing them through the change lifecycle;
- Stakeholder management;
- Multiple vendor (offshore and onshore) management.
My previous roles provided me with an extensive experience in project management, SDLC, delivery of upgrades to MQ series, Oracle DBs and interfaces.
I am accustomed to working in a demanding environment, monitoring, managing and mitigating various project risks and issues.
I proved to be successful at gathering and analysing Global stakeholders' requirements through a variety of modelling techniques, producing project documentation, building trusted relationships across boundaries; and successfully delivering projects.
I am experienced in leading, managing and mentoring 3rd party technical teams, ensuring adherence to strict company standards, Quality and Compliance processes.
I have a Bachelor Honours Degree and background in computer science; which has proved to be a significant advantage in understanding technical issues. I am Prince2 and ITIL foundation qualified.
My core strengths are strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, passion for delivering high quality results, strong interpersonal, negotiating and effective communication skills.
