About me
My name is Irina and I am a Costume Designer, illustrator and maker. I am currently working as a wardrobe technician at the Royal Opera House. I have experience working on film set and backstage.
During my BA (Wimbledon College of Arts) and MA( London College of Fashion) I have developed strong aesthetic and style but I am also open to experimentation. I've worked with different design concepts ( fairy tales, gender fluidity, historical, contemporary, dance) and different materials ( leather, PVC, unusual fabrics). My main passion is film and theatre but I would also like to try myself in the music industry. I consider myself being both, confident designer and maker. I am organised, responsible and ready to go extra mile for my career as a costume designer.
