I am a driven and versatile professional with a passion for marketing, sales, and digital processes. I am guided by the belief that marketing is defined not just by the products you create, but by the stories you tell. This conviction has led me to acquire a broad range of skills to do exactly that.
My journey began with a commercial apprenticeship as a Kauffrau EFZ, which provided me with a solid foundation in economics, finance, and administration. This training not only gave me essential IT skills, but also sharpened my organizational abilities and taught me to keep a cool head during complex company processes.
I've learned the importance of combining theory with practice and have gained experience in various roles. As a Front Office Agent, I learned to recognize and meet customer needs. Later, as the Head of E-commerce and Marketing for a beauty brand, I immersed myself in the dynamic world of digital marketing. In that role, I was responsible for everything from developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns to managing websites and using tools like Shopify and Google Analytics. It was an exciting time that allowed me to hone my skills in brand building and project management.
My experience in sales and customer relations is also a key part of my career. As a Real Estate Agent, I independently managed the entire sales process, from acquisition to successful closing. I learned how to build and maintain long-term customer relationships to gain trust and referrals. I am comfortable working autonomously and keeping an overview of complex processes.
Working as a freelancer was a formative experience for me. As the founder of my own digital marketing agency, I was responsible for the entire business development process, from new client acquisition to project implementation. This time taught me to think entrepreneurially, to react quickly to changes, and to take responsibility for the entire project lifecycle.
My Cambridge B2 Business Vantage Diploma proves my advanced English skills. Outside of my formal training, I am continuously learning through self-study and specialized courses. I am convinced that lifelong learning is the key to success, and I read books on sales and marketing to stay on top of the latest trends. I am a versatile, eager, and dedicated person who is ready to take on any challenge and use my skills to achieve success.
