About us

My name is Anthony M. Grimaldi of JourneyManDesigns, my freelance studio by which I earn a living creating, illustrating, and designing according to the exact preferences and specifications for a variety of deadline driven clients including individual, small, and medium sized businesses.

I am a resident of New York City, a metropolis of successful and starving artists of every stripe and persuasion. I am content to be either, but never to be neither.

As an Illustrator the mediums I create with are pencil, colored pencil, colored marker, charcoal, pastel, and pen & ink. Each medium is unique because they demand a separate approach and application of my artistic talent, making versatility my primary asset. My talent is flexible and able to adopt different illustration styles as well, including traditional, expressive, abstract, fantasy, cartoonist, children's books, and am I exceptionally adept with color and black and white.

As a graphic designer, I create with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks to produce vector and digital artwork for posters, logos, icons, business cards, flyers, advertisements, t-shirts, & book covers.

My technique of combining and blending illustration and digital art allows virtually no limits for interpreting what my imagination is inspired and required to create, enabling me to design with unlimited creativity and visual imagination. With this technique, I offer greater flexibility, variety, and choices that assure maximum artistic achievement and impact in every design for every client. This creative vision is my constant aim and primary goal.

I am equipped with an 11" x 17" Epson scanner, Alienware laptop, high-speed internet, and can submit finished projects through email, Dropbox, Hightail, OneDrive, and WeTransfer, easily allowing me to work remotely for any client in the entire world.
