For over 10 years I have toiled, ploughed, slogged, slaved (as a runner in Soho) and worked my way up in the broadcast industry and have plenty of experience dealing with all the good and not so good parts of our industry. My biggest advice would be to keep a level head, use criticism as a tool for greatness. Be enthusiastic and always looking for inspiration to generate those big ideas. Relax.
