Progressing through the company, from the shop floor to Technical Director, and achieved the position of Managing Director in 1984. Proven expertise and in-depth analytical and strategic knowledge within the industry spanning over 40 years. Working with drive, enthusiasm and creativity to grow the business into a thriving and unique provider of bespoke products within the print industry. Obvious entrepreneurial skills underpinned by a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and its capabilities. Responsible for mergers, development and innovation which has resulted in Selway Group becoming an internationally respected dynamic, and proactive specialist provider.
