Responsible for the TJX European Brand Activation Team.
Ensuring outstanding implementation of TJX Europe's marketing and communications by managing and providing a wide range of activity from translation to customer service, from signage production to shoots, in the most efficient, cost effective, scaleable way to make TJXEs plans come to life across our brands, channels, countries and languages. Key achievements in this role are:
- Strategic evaluation and implement improvements to support divisional marketing within a centrally-led Pan
European structure to enable brand consistency, value and scalability.
- Reviewed and implement improvements to the briefing and sign off process's and workflows.
- Created business case and implemented the addition of a creative production agency to the internal creative team in support of future scalability within Europe. As well as consolidation of creative suppliers across local markets
