About me

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a graduate from Nottingham Trent University in Product Design. I have gained a lot of computer skills during my time there. These include, all Microsoft Office packages, Adobe products including Photoshop, illistrator. SolidWorks, 3D Studio Max and AutoCAD. During my time at Nottingham Trent University, I have held jobs down in the design industry, showing that I have good time managment skills.

I am fluent in Photoshop having used this programs a lot during my time at University and creating excellent and usable graphics was a must to meet demanding briefs.

I have years of experience in sales at supervisory roles including taking the brunt of a lot of customer service due to others lack of confidence. These jobs include store assistants, Bar supervisor, Floor sales assistant. I have just moved from Scottish Widows also where my responsibilities included, organisation, team work, quick thinking and customer service which had to be of the highest standard. This job included admin roles, dealing with client pension policies and computer input. I would work under very high pressured environments and have to think quick to deal with customer problems and use the computer programs to give them as much information as possible.
