About me
Growing up in Adelaide surrounded by the picturesque Adelaide hills, I discovered a love of art, photography and design. At first, my passion for creation took me down the road of gastronomy. To me, cooking was a form of fine art, each plate represented a visual blank canvas to explore and embellish. My career as a Chef gave me the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the world, picking up creative and cultural inspiration from each country I visited. Some of my favourite destinations included Aspen and France, places that witnessed the intersection of many forms of culture and art. Importantly, my time in Europe has infused a European and Nordic aesthetic approach into my work.
