About me
Creative Director with 20+ years of experience spanning two founding studios, freelance agency work, and an in-house leadership role as Creative & Brand Lead at Octopus Investments. I've led complex, multi-stakeholder brand projects from concept through rollout — most recently a company-wide Masterbrand rebrand delivered across all touchpoints, international markets, and executive stakeholder groups. My background ranges from Pentagram to major consumer brands including Mastercard, The North Face, Starbucks, and Netflix.
I lead creative teams with a focus on culture, craft, and commercial impact — building structures that protect quality and developing individual designers to do their strongest work. I'm as comfortable presenting brand strategy to an ExCo as I am in the weeds of a brief, and I've built a reputation for staying calm and solutions-focused in complex, high-stakes environments.
I'm currently looking for a Creative Director or Head of Creative role where the quality of the work matters as much as the values behind it — ideally in-house, at a brand where creativity is taken seriously as a driver of real impact.
