A robust, solutions-orientated and commercially-driven HR professional, I have 12 years senior-level UK and international HR and talent management experience in challenging dynamic global organisations across digital media, advertising, marketing professional services and FMCG.

I am an effective, culturally aware and communicative leader who has managed multi-national cross border HR teams, staff budgets and payroll, P&Ls and led on major change projects, including start ups, large talent acquisition projects, staff transfers, setting up HR functions, M&A and business restructuring.

Educated to degree-level, I have excellent interpersonal skills, excel in demanding situations and possess a ‘can do' attitude. I am a proactive individual able to see the broader picture with a desire to make a difference, impact change and ensure the people agenda is aligned to the long-term business strategy. Consultative in approach, I am able to influence and work at all levels up to Main Board and European Works Council level with a drive for results by making HR a true value add through a service-minded bottom-line approach.
