House of Hackney (HoH) was founded in London in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Javvy Royle and Frieda Gormley. Originally conceived as a luxury interiors label, the founder’s quest was ‘to take the beige out of interiors’ with an emphasis on quality, design and a “Made in England” ethos.

House of Hackney now represents the new generation of British creativity and design, with its roots anchored in British spirit, humour and high quality tradesmanship.

Today, House of Hackney has evolved into a successful British-made luxury brand incorporating interiors, fashion and lifestyle divisions. House of Hackney has achieved cult status amongst its loyal customer-base of tastemakers, celebrities and interior designers and has become the British brand to go to for its iconic printed fabric and wallpaper collections.

Housed in a spectacular 2000s-ft2 townhouse the brand’s iconic interiors, fashion and accessories products are available under one roof in the award-winning store, recently voted 3rd in Time Out Magazine’s 100 Best Stores in London. The brand also has a 750-ft2 store-in-store in Liberty London and a recently opened 500-ft2 store in world-famous Harrods.

House of Hackney also ships directly to the customer worldwide and its interiors and fashion collections are stocked in 65 partner stores worldwide in 26 Countries. A fast growing ecommerce business completes the multi-channel sales structure.
